There were a few outstanding employees but the franchise owner and the highest admin created a confusing and tense environment. We went through multiple admins and struggled to find a good work flow.
Freedom to work independently
So much paperwork was duplicated and unnecessary.
Lots of literature on company policies and expectations
Suggestions for improvement
- Because it is a franchise set up, providing each school and classroom with specific items listed in lesson plans at the very beginning would have helped. Taking feedback from teachers about each lesson plan and planned event. The dance parties usually ended up awkward and underwhelming.
What I like about the company
I'm sure there were positive aspects. But all that sticks with me were the bad ones.
What I dislike about the company
Some of the daily company requirements were redundant.The lesson plans were very through and intuitive but limiting if resources were not available.
