- Kids Dental Kare20.Jul 2016
Not for myself. I loved the job, dental care team and most of the patients. Personally I need feedback. I didn't feel far out of my element. Apparently after two years, I was no longer needed. I thought they were good people.
Support from management
My immediate superior was mostly unapproachable and was often unable to understand my attempts to request help.
Lots of false honesty, blame and real inability to communicate.
Freedom to work independently
No opinions were welcomed in this area. Workload was doled out without the consideration of constant change.
Fairly regular meetings, mostly about dental care. Not so much about the front.
The only disadvantage is not learning fast enough and being an easy target when you are not comfortable with confrontation.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I was not a long term employee. Others in the dental care side seemed fine enough besides the usual complaints.
Overall compensation for your work
Salary was fine. Sick and personal time was nominal.
Office / Work Environment
Top of the line equipment.Brand new computers far and away from my knowledge . I had only one week to learn . My loss. The kids noise level could be difficult at times. .
There were none in my area of the office.
I loved working there until they didn't want me anymore.
I thought so.Apparently I didn't finish them.
