Suggestions for improvement
- Upgrade break room space, pay employees more, invest in training programs, communicate more regularly with part-time staff, bridge the gap between upper management and floor employees.
What I like about the company
Management is encouraging and open to feedback from employees. The culture at work is generally positive.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of training for on-the-floor employees. Lack of growth opportunities. Low compensation and high stress.
