Suggestions for improvement
- A better relationship between the cooks and the servers as well as a better understanding of the experience for the customer so that there is not such a lack of communication between server and occasional customers new to the hibachi style meal.
What I like about the company
Made great friends, met a lot of really great customers, hibachi style grill makes a more inviting environment. I fell in love with sushi at my last place of work as well. Sushi is an amazing little fish sandwich chopped into bites. Management still treated me like a human on their level at all times which I respected.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of follow through on word. The boss refuses to give incentive to hard working employees which causes good servers to leave. Holidays and busy season deserves higher compensation.
