Suggestions for improvement
- Ensure the support for contracts is present before making offers, and keep relationships strong by ensuring they have the time and resources to plan for unexpected budget cuts instead of abandoning them last minute.
What I dislike about the company
Appears that company grew too big, too quickly. *Numerous* HR mistakes - leaking W2s, screwing up pay & benefits, etc., with little attempt at follow up. Budget cuts led to the cutting of contracts, and less than 30 days notice was given on contracts intended to be for multi-year lengths, with no compensation packages; leaving employees high-and-dry.
