Suggestions for improvement
- Front-line leaders like at mills, should be of the highest caliber. They represent the company in the communities and they set the standards for the teams. Mill managers and operations managers should be vetted at all locations. If they do not meet the basic job requirements, they should not be allowed to attain/hold those positions. K-C would find that their productivity would increase with the removal of these non-performers.
I like about the employer
It's an old company with a solid foothold in non-wovens and a lot of household brands like Kleenex.
