Company Culture

2 not the worse place i worked but there was very poor moral.leadership was very hands off

do management just wanted the job done you were just the tool they used to get it done

no they pitted employee's against each other

i wouldnt say it was trust it was luck of management skill's

we had morning meeting's and we still never knowed what was going on

no it's was like they had set role's for women and men

no older employee's were looked over on job advancement

they used to train and promote within the company but they started using job service's to hire

no but compeditive to the area

they did the bare min.to keep osha off there back's

just the bare min.it looks like they cared

we had set hour's to work but we never knew from one day to the next if we were working over time

no so many people worked there or new someone that worked there and it's a small town so it was looked at as just a job

no it was a in-club enviroment

no it was just the min by law

they did the whole horse and pony show with meeting's and all but when something needed to be done or fixed they want it done then and the safety rule's went out the window

Challenging Work

poor management & management attitude's made thing's way harded and more time consuming then it needed to be

Inclusive / Diverse

it was a joke they would make a big deal about being diverse and open to opinion's but when you tried to approach they with different idea's you were shot down quick

Suggestions for improvement

  • i would change management's attitude toward emplyee's.better incentive's and increase benefit's.change outdated procesure's n policies.invest in the employee's and listen to there employee's

What I like about the company

there is not many.i would say the closeness 2 other employee's.the perk's with attendance pay& personal hour's you got with good attendance.and the quarter surprise gift sometime's a provided meal's sometime's gift card.that's really the only plus's the job had

What I dislike about the company

there lack of interaction with the employee's with management.the pressure of "surprise" "project's".there was a major breakdown with keeping worker's supplied with item's you needed to work w/t there was alot of "you have to make-do" with the supplies you had.and you never felt stable they didnt care 1 bit about loyality and making u feel secure.i worked there.over 5yrs.and made a "new" supervisor anger and management went along with my firing without a care.i have know them 2 fire ppl that had been the 20yrs.just because.if someone wanted you gone it didnt matter if you were doing as u alway's had if someone wanted u gone they would change policy/procedure's.i got into a fuss with my "new" supervisor's friend over my children's little league ball team and my supervisor accused me of excess break's my job was alot of paperwork with stop n go packaging.and even tho i was doing my job as i had 4 the last 3yrs.at that certain position i was fired.even tho i had had no other write-up's.and had got the perfect attendance bonus 4 the last 4 yrs. of my job.and management didnt care they just let it happen because employee's were seen as "a dime a dozen" that's why i won my workforce suit and got severance and unemplyeement benifit's
