Kimmel Center, Inc. experience report

  • 15.Oct 2018
  • Employee

I had the pleasure of working with wonderful people, but there was a lack of organization and logic at times

Suggestions for improvement

  • Listen to the people below you. I was not on the bottom rung, and feel like I could have listened to the people below me more and the people above me could have benefited from listening more also.

What I like about the company

I was able to easily access art and culture that I never would have been able to access without spending a lot of money. I was also able to learn and grow through pushing back against poorly conceived policies

What I dislike about the company

I think things were getting better when I left, but communication still seems to be a huge problem between departments
