Support from management
support from leadership was abundant when it was time to take credit for hard work done
The environment was too hostile to foster and feeling of teamwork, every person for his/herself.
Freedom to work independently
There is too much autonomy allowed for all the staff, which ultimately leads to a sense of chaos with no structure.
We meet to say that met.
A coworker with the same job code as myself was paid several thousand less than myself.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There were no senior employees, I do not know why.
Career opportunities are not based on the individuals aspirations, but rather on how it would best benefit the company
Overall compensation for your work
I was not at all fairly compensated. I was paid for 86hrs and worked an avg of 130hrs.
Office / Work Environment
Brand new edifice.
There was a successful recycling program in place, however the staff was not educated in implementing it.
I worked an average of 130hr every two weeks and was compensated for 86.57
I was not proud to work for the company.
I did feel a sense of stability
The layout of the premises was not overly thoughtful of the handicapped
There was proper OSHA training provided.
There is an overall lack of integrity.
Inclusive / Diverse
There is diversity for the sake of saying there is diversity.
Suggestions for improvement
- More thorough hiring process. A wage system for employees that provides a living wage for all employees regardless of their position
What I like about the company
I liked the idea of a company that seemed to share values of equality
What I dislike about the company
I do not like the lack of standardization and structure. Upper management is free to drink and vacation, while middle management is left to struggle, babysit, and keep business afloat.
