- Listen to your employees. Create more genuine events to bring people together. Pay higher! It motivates people.
What I like about the company
Company that appreciates employees that are truly themselves.
What I dislike about the company
They need to have better pay that makes sense. Pay structure amongst managers is dated and low. Comp set hotels pay much more. Zero work life balance or efforts to encourage it.
