Suggestions for improvement
- More SOPs which could be used to avoid confusion when it comes to how departments run and how responsibilities are delegated.
What I like about the company
Helped me to communicate effectively, especially with immigrants who generally do not speak English. Helped improve my time management skills and learn how to enjoy work.
What I dislike about the company
There isn’t enough of a work-life balance. Management shoulders a lot of the responsibilities, which could be handled by employees with more rigorous training.
