Suggestions for improvement
- Don't ask your employees to stretch the truth, and the leaders should act like leaders and not like small children. No one will ever look up to you or trust in your work ethics. Not always does an ex-bartender make a good pipeliner.

What I dislike about the company
People are very inconsiderate, and two sided. Everyone worried about what the other is not doing. Very stressful work environment. They only see the bad and focus on that, never see the good.
