The company talks a good game and their ideas are very well presented and, if executed, would make for a terrific early learning center. Sadly, due to many of the factors noted, the execution of those great ideas never came to. That comes down to enforcement and monitoring from upper management.
Support from Management
There were many conflicts that I had brought upthat went unresolved, even after many attempts. Furthermore, if there was an issue with coworker, the discussion was never kept confidential and that coworker would be made aware of what I had said. It felt like none of my issues were important enough to warrant attention even though they directly impacted the children's environment.
