The culture was made up of distrust and broken promises
Support from Management
CEO rarely there. Administration left into the hands of CNO who had poor leadership abilities and no people abilities.
Teamwork was encouraged until it started to work then administration felt threatened and broke it up
Level of Autonomy
There is very little autonomy has a whole in Kindred. Very micromanaged organization
