Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2012
Support from Management
Management frequently changing, interim management was very normal. Lead to a the tail wagging the dog.
I like about the employer
The LTAC rehab facility is much needed due to managed care, and complex health diagnosis. When you have a positive outcome for a patient following a lengthy complicated hospital stay it is the best reward professionally.
I dislike about the employer
The unstable management in the higher ups, example CEO, CNO, CFO. The work was demanding enough and with constant changes in upper management it left bedside employees with little structure. Teamwork was difficult to achieve due to labile management. Stronger structure definitely required.
