Suggestions for improvement
- Find completely new management teamorThe management team needs to take classes on how to be a leader. Create realistic workloads. stop belittling employees. Actually do work to help out when there are large amount of member versus just talking about it and doing nothing.
I like about the employer

I dislike about the employer
I did not like the lack of leadership amongst the management team. Career development was a joke to the management team. Good work was not recognized. The management team will put you down and let you know you have no other options. The work is easy and a joke and the work load given was unrealistic especially when you have sale goals to meet.
