Suggestions for improvement
- Compensate sales reps for sales achieved, and not deduct commissions for management mistakes and errors in billing/collections.
I like about the employer
Good product, good colleagues to work with (within similar functions).
I dislike about the employer
Senior management was reluctant, (if they did at all), to correct compensation mistakes to the sales staff, or make up for commissions lost due to personnel errors or mistakes at the corporate level.
