Suggestions for improvement
- Go work in the stores and find out what's really happening.
They tried to do team building, but very clicky and felt like high school to me
Yes store manager was great, I had a terrible supervisor though that treated me unfairly, but that was his reputation... so nothing was ever done about it when I complained
I hit regular feed back, anyways felt like I was never good enough
My hourly rate was good, I had a degree in human firstname.lastname@example.org and got hired with a good rate, the benefits are bad, you need to be full time to medical and it takes a year to get 1 week vacation, no sick days , only Christmas off the whole year
There isn't any fairness at all. Certainly no trust either
They have no idea of what to do.
Everyone there except for a select few has no idea what that is
You don't get a say at all
Since I have worked there, has been a lack of communication and was not properly informed of any changes what so ever
Very few women work at the store I'm at
