Suggestions for improvement
- Less ableism. More tolerance for those with mental diagnoses. Willingness to accomodate based on need would be great to implement.
I like about the employer
They have locations all over the country.
I dislike about the employer
If you have any noticeable differences, be prepared to remain in the lowest entry level position (courtesy clerk a.k.a. bagger) unless you want to be fired under false pretenses. Noticeable differences include any mental health diagnosis, any developmental delay, and any physical handicap. There's a high rate of turnover.
