Evaluations are highly subjective and feedback is typically vague and arbitrary.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train managers on how to appropriately evaluate employees and how to provide appropriate feedback clearly and objectively.
What I like about the company
Interesting patients, stimulating training is sometimes available
What I dislike about the company
The relationship between staff and management is one of mistrust, favoritism, and evaluations are not done objectively
