Suggestions for improvement
- Invest in your engineers. Learn from them how they must be treated. Buy a darn coffee maker!
I like about the employer
You do NOT want to work at Kiosk.
The only thing I liked was a fellow software engineer, who left shortly after I did, good for him. Other than that, nothing!
I dislike about the employer
Everything. They are not professional. They are used to factory floor workers and that's how they threat their engineers. They even tell you how many cups of coffee you can have a day, "because it's an expensive one!"
"Leadership" is really a joke, have no idea what engineering means.
The second time I got sick, within my first 6 months, I was let go! That's the kind of company they are.
During these 6 months, many many time (at least twice a week) I had to wait in the cold snow outside while somebody comes to open the door for engineers to get in! Yea we didn't have keys.
