  • I know the company is working through some cultural changes to make the company culture even more engaging and adaptive to the changing workforce. All in good time.

What I like about the company

They are supportive. They care. This is a demanding and stressful industry (notice I say industry and not company), but they do an amazing job at trying to take care of their employees as well as their customers. KMC is a family and while we do work hard even cares about one another and is there when you need them.
