Suggestions for improvement
- Stick to your plan and make sure people have the info to succeed. Follow up with employee when they ask for help otherwise you will pay for training but never see results long term. An employee is an investment for both sides and success should be the final goal.
What I like about the company
They generally seem to care about employees.
What I dislike about the company
Not sticking with training and leaving me in a tough position to succeed. Leads that were promised and were provided early but vanished after paid training period and once on full commission was only given one lead in over a month.
