Suggestions for improvement
- A limit on how far we except a job. Overtime on the customer should be paid by the customer. We work in the Washington DC Metro area but we don't have an EASY PASS box on our trucks to help in the emence time in travel.
What I like about the company
The upper management always has an open door policy. All suggestions are viewed as inportant and are judged fairly. There is no dicrimination. We all work at serveral diffrent cliant locations daily and have are own new work vehicles. We have a credit card a Home Depot card, and a mutiple fleet gas card. We get the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas off paid. We have company sponsered outings throuhout the year a large end of year party and a end of year bonnus. i love my job and everyone that works for Kitchentech.
What I dislike about the company
On call is hard sometimes. But you only have it every 8 to nine weeks. so working 7 days in a row at any kind of hours can be tough. But if you have to many calls someone will come and help you so all the customers are serviced and you don't suffer trying to get it all done by yourself. Thats the only bad part about the job.
