The culture is stressful, with deficits in encouragement and staff support.
Teams can be good, depending on supervisor.
Freedom to work independently
Sometimes too much autonomy.
Poor communication. Most seems to come from the top down, with little chance for input.
Very good in that aspect.

There is no noticeable age discrimination.
There is no longer money given for trainings and there are less in-house trainings

Work life does not usually spill into time off.
I used to be, but that has been changing in the last few years
That used to be assured, but financial problems created recent cuts.
