Culture is pleasant enough as long as you do not ask questions of management, or question obvious wrong decisions. Or question friends of the owners, or question people who have been in their jobs too long and have a cult of personality.

Brought on an inexperienced new manager when they hadn't let the new one get a rhythm. Then made old manager train new manager and 9 new employees while road next to store was under construction, and a giant new competitor opened up down the street. Then demoted the original manager with out trying to help. While telling staff that they believed outgoing manager was a good manager.
