With a changing pay plan every year for the sales force, it is difficult to feel trust in the senior management of the organization.
Support from Management
Supervisors made more internal work for sellers than was manageable while hitting goals. In addition, senior management really didn't feel the people they have in place are capable to do their job.
Level of Autonomy
Sales is sales. Budgets are set and goals are to be met. I had zero input on my budgets.
