Some people work well together, but it's a very catty environment.
Freedom to work independently
There is some micro managing, but for the most part, you are expected to work independently to support your executives, but there is also a lot of "teamwork" involved by interacting with other EA's to schedule, etc.
Uncomfortable segregation between executives and EA's
Attitude towards older colleagues
An older person would probably fit well in this company
They offer training as well as hold meetings for career development
Overall compensation for your work
They offer good benefits, but the pay is low for the amount of work that is required
Office / Work Environment
very dimly lit, very quiet, not much interaction with others
waste TONS of paper on printing projects
Stable position if you fit well into the company culture and can handle the workload. Company is growing and will have more opportunities.
Inclusive / Diverse
Very set in their ways
The following benefits were offered to me
- CityMenlo Park
- Are you a Current or Former Employee?Former job since 2017
