Like most top-tier PR agencies, K&A's culture is laid back. However, it's a performance-driven culture that sets specific goals for everyone and expects people to exceed their performance targets consistently.

What I like about the company
Overall, my experience was amazing! The only reason I left is because I accepted a position in Los Angeles. Now, any PR professional will tell you that “PR is not for the faint of heart.” And we worked hard at K&A; however, when you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work. As is the case with any PR position, especially at an agency- If you’re serious about your career, you have to rise to the challenge. In PR, it’s the challenge of meeting clients’ expectations and goals. That’s what really matters. For over three decades, K&A has lived and breathed commercial and residential building products. When it comes to the latter, the K&A team is considered to be more than just a collection of general practitioners of marketing and advertising. They’re specialists, pure and simple. That’s why they’re the best at what they do. This is one of the main reasons I accepted a position with K&A.
All in all, I think that Kleber & Associates is a great agency to work for!
What I dislike about the company
What I disliked during my time at K&A had nothing to do with the company, but tradeshows in general.
Tradeshow season can be hard, but that is a big part of what PR pros do.
