Management uses bully tactics . Shift leads are always talking down to you marketing you feel inferior not up to there standards .
Support from management
Told management about threats made by shift lead . Nothing done management squeeze you for what is said making you not want to speak out . Happened 4 times my last year.
It works if you get along with the other people, otherwise your made fun of or the only one pressured into doing the work while the other worker sits there .
Freedom to work independently
Can't place is like a high school pepper alley before a big game . No one is better than lead or supervision . Then made fun of after . Big let down .
Schedule was good .
Suggestions for improvement
- Change upper management. Retrain shift Leeds . Teach respect and culture .
What I dislike about the company
The bully feeling being mentally pushed around . Shift leads and upper management make this a hostile work environment
