Support from Management
2014- Current Administration began with good intentions- District organized, unaware of students needs, she is impulsive, does not support teachers. Starts projects, has ideas, but rarely follows through.
Teachers work work together for the most part. At a district level, there is a disconnect of what is and what is ideal/ desired.
Level of Autonomy
The work load is not distributed equally. The classroom teacher versus specialist and other certified staff is very unbalanced. The administrator at McDougle does not think of layering requests for data, documentation, or anything else with very short deadlines. There is never any regard or thought about what is already on the teachers plate currently.
