- Sick time.....and keep track of employee requirements.
What I like about the company
The pay scale is competitive....but you do not move up as there are now evaluations done?
What I dislike about the company
The human resources department doesn't keep track of employee certifications. There is no sick time so PTO gets used up before you can have a vacation!
