Praise is not common among those that should be recognized, by both the clients, and by management. Same people seem to be "praised", whereas those that are handlign almost impossible workloads, are just left to do so, and no one acknowledges it. There can be a large workload, and the company tends to feed more. During holiday time, there is a "black out" period, but it seems that certain dept.'s are immune to this. What is communicated as a company wide process, is not always.
Support from Management
Direct supervisor is approachable, but can harp on single instances of an issue. 99 out of 100 positives don't outweigh the one negative. Management above him is nearly nonexistent to the extent that they don't like to deal with those that are below them. Certain managers do what is not always the right thing, and allow clients to make constant mistakes, and expect us to fix it each time.
