Good Staff. Not so good leadership. Silo environment with contradicting goals. Customers are suffering due to lack of headcount that management refuses to acknowledge. Wage disparity from one employee to another is obvious and subjective. No clear path for growth.
Support from management
Only goal Management is interested in is end of quarter revenue output. Far too many managers for to few employees.
Good Teamwork within Ops due to awesome staff who are doing all the heavy lifting. Despite poor conditions and moral.
Mostly when its impacting revenue negatively or when they management is using it to justify not paying out incentives.
Office / Work Environment
Besides the sales and Management offices. No the main floor is loud with less than desirable conditions.
Unrealistic expectations due to Sales driven focus not quality as the customers are expecting given the volume of work and the lack of headcount. MANDATORY overtime or changing shifts to meet goals even on Salary operations staff has become the new "standard" and has been every year and every end of quarter.
