- quit ripping off your customers
Our Managers always had an open door policy and were very approachable
At 3620 GALESBURG yes, we were like family and helped each other all the time.
Waisted a lot of paper on receipts that had little to no important indormation on them
Speaking about our store we were family, time wise employees had been there anywhere from 20 years to 42 years, it was a rat company at one time.
You are paid on time
Pay freezes for 5 years, no job security with layoffs YEARLY and no chance to tell who or where is next as positions are eliminated at random and stores closed around the country. There is limited advancement with only few positions open and few new openings for management, supervisors, and anyone else. There is no ability to retain new talent with nothing at all to offer young talent.
