Serious lack of communication between supervisors and employees and most have little to no leadership or supervisory experience. Also a serious lack of attention to a person's availability when scheduling employees especially those with children.
Severe lack of communication about results or even schedule changes or training needing to be done.
Frankly career advancement seems to be based on who you know and if you socialize with them outside of work.
