There is no company culture. I got the feeling that no one knew what was going on.
Support from Management
Management could often be somewhat abusive. If I had to call for a price check or override, they were often to 'busy' to respond so my line backed up.
Horrific--the air conditioning and heating didn't work.
Suggestions for improvement
- Their focus should be more on accommodating customers by staffing adequately rather than trying to sell Sears Mastercards.
