There is a lot of good talk, when you are first hired, about the company and its culture. They make you think it is a great place to work, but when you are on a site, and don't work out of one of the support centers, you are all on your own and that culture means nothing!
Support from Management
Site staff is left on their own. Depending on who your Regional Manager is, you could get some decent support, or basically none. Site staff deals with an entirely different reality than staff at the support centers and management is very rarely at the sites to offer help.
