no. And that's the thing, if all the people that work there one day decide to file a law suit for the "mandatory" over time. The owner is going to have to shell out the big money. Once the group decides your on the outs, your days are longer. IF hired be prepared to have to kiss up! Or you'll be in a room full of cold shoulders.
Inclusive / Diverse
Not at all. Mandatory over time, and poor time management. Heavy favoritism. Click central.
Suggestions for improvement
- better time management. You'd sit at your computer all week waiting for something to do. Then suddenly at the end of the long day, there'd be a work rush. And you feel like "Really?" this couldn't have been decided earlier? It was miserable. And your surrounded by people that are miserable too. Everybody knows the owners crazy, I've been on interviews where I've been asked and before I could answer was told she's crazy! The supervisors will tell you themselves "she's crazy!" There's no disputing that.
What I like about the company
a paycheck. The company parties we're nice. But other than that not much.
What I dislike about the company
the constant bickering, the clicks, the mandatory overtime. The 10 hour work shifts (which as I stated before aren't legal). The favoritism, the moral that the supervisors themselves spread. It was the worst job I've ever had in terms of the atmosphere. The mood swings. You literally don't get to see sunlight.
