Many goals were unrealistic and altered through the process. Situations of conflict were very inconsistent in how they were handled and favoritism was commonplace.
Teamwork worked on minor levels but if you were not part of the in group you were often left out of decisions that concerned your department or goals
Level of Autonomy
Initially there was plenty of say but those ideals changed as the wind blows. As for the workload it was intense but manageable.
