Suggestions for improvement
- Allow paid vacation or sick time for all employees after 1 year of employment, make reviews and increases higher so as to make it a living wage. Too many employees working a full time job as well as a part time job at Kohl's. No work-life balance when you work 7 days a week.
I like about the employer
Somewhat fair in scheduling. However, in the past 8 months or so have limited all part-time employees to 26 hours at minimum wage or a small amount more. Difficult to make ends meet.
