I like about the employer
Part-time employees are eligible for vision, life, and dental insurance. Employees may regularly post, take and trade shifts with other employees.
I dislike about the employer
Intentionally understaffing departments during evening hours, and over-relying on floor associates as backup cashiers, leaving them little time to recover their department's properly, and the departments looking trashed at closing. Over-reliance on the jewelry associate to serve as backup cashier throughout the day, and to recover the juniors clothing department and fitting room at night while abandoning daily jewelry department tasks, causing delays in completion of callbacks, price changes, adset or other important, assigned duties. Delaying or outright denying the jewelry associate their entitled breaks because no one else in the store is trained to cover jewerly except for the E3 who is continually busy.
