Suggestions for improvement
- Offer more room for financial gain maybe raises after so many hrs worked and or raises based on how Associatess ability to preform in multiple departments. It is unfortionately that an associate that works in POS makes the same $hr amount as an associate that works fluidly in 5 or more departments. Also unfortionate that an associate that has been employed for 3 years makes the same $hr as an associate that has only been employed for 5 months.
