Weekly meetings are held to discuss projects. Not all information is defined up front resulting in frequent changes and in efficiency.
What I dislike about the company
The owner is difficult to work with. Standards are high for employees, however, not modeled. The owner will blame issues on staff for not following through with promises made to clients by the owner. The owner is a micro-manager and half the time doesn't understand the processes necessary to conduct his own business as he has not kept up with changes in the industry. He has high turnover due to these issues.
