The leadership quality at Koyo is very poor, the lack of professionalism and experienced individuals set unrealistic goals and frequently change them throughout the day.
Suggestions for improvement
- Focus a higher degree of scrutiny on the supervisory staff and managers, set standards of professionalism and intelligence. Upper management needs to have more interaction, the middle management class is stifling the atmosphere with inconsistent goals and objectives that frequently change in respect to their feelings rather than the climate of the business in question.
