Suggestions for improvement
- Put some money back into the business
The culture of meritocracy has really degraded the effectiveness of the employees as a whole. It became more based on individual performance versus team performance. The mentality is of what have you done for me lately.
Management wants to help you improve the company's position and will support you in that endeavor.
There were good people that continue to work in teams, however there is the meritocracy issue, that I discussed previously.
