Suggestions for improvement
- It would work out better if communication between the two offices were a little bit better in regards to requirements to reach sales goals. It should not be just one department that has to reach out to determine how to help make the company fulfill backorders.
What I like about the company
Continued support from supervisors and other upper management to grow within the company. Flexible hours that allow me to be able to take care of my child if needed. Respect from other coworkers as well as managers.
What I dislike about the company
Employee discounts are not that great. Communication with the Sales department is lacking. At the moment, it feels like stability is lacking as well.
