Suggestions for improvement
- Transparency. upper management fair compensation and proof of bonuses. Get rid of high over turn in upper management. Don’t show favoritism to certain general managers. Closed a store in the middle of a shift affecting several employees livelihood. 3 district managers in less than a year poor training. Unorganized.
