- Equal pay. Pay attention to management. If their words are not enough than at least keep an eye on their time slips.
What I like about the company
If I would have left the company on good terms I may have something positive to say. However, considering my personal reasons for leaving I realized at tax time I was shorted money from the arranged salary agreement.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management tried to be hands on however want a part of daily work so did not habe the best knowledge of opperations.
