Safety comes last here. Most of coworkers are awesome while others work harder at not working. Management leaves a lot to be desired.
Support from management
What support? Not to mention HR...She's an absolute JOKE to the field.
Depending on who you were teamed with.
Freedom to work independently
There is anything someone can do by themselves.
Management needs a full overhaul. Starting with Production Manager to shift supervisors. They had favorites and you knew it.
Enough said 5 star
Attitude towards older colleagues
Your ok for awhile but they will eventually find away to dismiss them.
No growth opportunities unless your family of management, supervisor & HR
Overall compensation for your work
Pay extra is great for area but summer can be extremely hard on your body
Office / Work Environment
So,so HOT in summer with NO VENTILATION SYSTEM! IT has gotten up to over 105 inside the plant..and not given and extra 10 min break.
They claim to have an environmental policy in place but only cardboard was recycled that I saw.
Embarrassed! We actually got a D- from #1 customer Nissan
No room for advancement PERIOD
No they would never hire someone with a disability
NO NO NO NO NO!
Quality is last. We've sent things out approved by QC when we (the team) would have NEVER sent it to a customer
Inclusive / Diverse
Management say that they want input but it's in one ear out the other.

- Safety improvement, management over haul from top to bottom
