Didn't interact much.
I was hired on a temp to hire basis. Eight days into the assignment I was terminated and told it was because I didn't catch on and they were doing a reorg. I quit 2 other jobs to accept this role. I think companies should not be allowed to do this. If they have a person quit a job to accept a new position they should at least give you a probationary time to learn the role completely. I was given about 30 minutes of training and then my immediate supervisor took the next week off. I was not given processing instructions until the day before I was let go.
